My story
Born in Paracuru, in the luminous Terra do Sol of the Brazilian Northeast, and having grown up between the lush landscapes of the Amazon in French Guiana, the "Alegria" of the Northeast and the cultural effervescence of Paris, I have always been at the crossroads of worlds that are complete opposites.
This immersion in diverse cultures awakened my empathy, my curiosity and a deep need for inner exploration.
It was in Brazil, at the age of 22, that my encounter with yoga changed my life. I discovered Ashtanga yoga in Fortaleza, with Marianna, a practice that introduced me to the discipline, philosophy, and spirituality. I also practiced alongside Lucas Carvalho, who deeply inspired me.
During my eight years in Brazil, including five in the little paradise of Jericoacoara, I cultivated a deep connection with nature and my inner vitality. Yoga has always been with me and has become a true path of transformation. But personal challenges, particularly the transition into motherhood, have allowed me to redefine my priorities and deepen my practice.
My first major step into teaching yoga was through a 200-hour YTT training in multidisciplinary yoga at Vinyasa Yoga Shala, Rishikesh . Under the guidance of experienced Indian teachers, I explored different facets of yoga, including Yin , Hatha , Kundalini , Medidation , and Ayurveda . This training laid a solid foundation for my practice and my overall understanding of this ancient art.
To further my specialization, I undertook a 300-hour advanced YTT training in Kundalini Yoga in Rishikesh with Swami Sachidanand Ji at D'vine Yoga Shala. This immersion was a transformative experience that refined my connection to subtle energy and deepened my spiritual practice, my Sadhana. I could understand better the Yoga philosophy studiying Cashmire Shivaisme and deep into Yoga Kryias.
At the same time, in order to better understand our feminine world, I completed a self-help course in Natural Gynecology with Carol Carvalho, a naturologist and founder of the Institute of Natural Gynecology in Brazil, which trains women and health professionals in postgraduate studies. During these nine months, I learned techniques to support women in their understanding of the body, their cycle, and their feminine energy, while discovering useful tools.
In 2024, after a few months of practicing KA, I followed a training course as a facilitator in Yatra Kundalini Activation (YKA) in Paris, under the guidance of Céline Bergamini. The tangible and intense effects of this technique and my curiosity deeply called me, pushing me to follow this training to become a facilitator.
This unique training, spread over six months, allowed me to integrate transformative energy practices: Kundalini activation, Prana Healing, Light Language, as well as elements of functional neurology and musical resonance.
Recently, I was initiated into Shaktipat (level 2) and Sri Vidya with an Indian guru from the Adi Shankaracharya lineage. This experience enriches my Sanskrit mantra classes and sessions, focused on Kundalini healing and Pranic Healing, which he teaches me.
Through this journey, rich in learning and transformation, I learned to embrace my shadows, align myself with what I deeply love, and make yoga a powerful tool for resilience and reconnection. Today, I pass on these teachings with a deep respect for their origins, while ensuring they are adapted to the real and varied needs of the people I support.

My Approach
"You can't convey better than what you have experienced yourself."
As a yoga facilitator and teacher, I strive to convey authentic and accessible practices, while remaining true to their essence. For me, yoga is not a mere commodity or performance tool, but a path to refocus and reclaim one's body, mind, and energy.
With kindness, respect, and responsibility, I guide individuals on their journey to regain control of their being, their resources, and their intuition. This involves rediscovering their vital energy and their feminine creative power, known as Shakti.
You can cultivate your Shakti with me through various techniques such as:
-
Yoga, suitable for all levels, but always respectful of individual abilities and needs.
-
Meditation and pranayama (breathwork).
-
The Kundalini Activation Yatra (YKA), an energetic treatment that integrates five powerful modalities:
-
Activation of the Kundalini.
-
Prana Healing.
-
The language of light.
-
Functional neurology.
-
A carefully curated playlist to support the experience
-
These practices are not "ready-to-use" solutions, but invitations to actively engage in an inner journey.
The effects manifest gradually, guiding each person towards a more aligned and fulfilling life.
My approach particularly honors women, but it is for everyone.
We all carry both feminine and masculine energy within us. By working on these two aspects, we rebalance our sensations and emotions (feminine) with our mental and rational capacities (masculine).
The real goal is to transcend this duality to achieve a deep balance between body and mind.
By adopting a conscious and respectful approach, I strive to transmit a yoga that connects beyond modern trends, while remaining deeply connected to the needs of our time.
I invite you to explore these practices during my classes and workshops.
Together, we will work to balance your energy, reduce your stress (by regulating your nervous system) and strengthen your body and mind.
Are you ready to embark on this path of reconnection and fulfillment?
